Impact crushers can crush minerals such as granite, basalt, bluestone with diameters as large as 100mm to 500mm. Impact crushers crushing compression strength is not more than 320Mp.

The final product from these machines are desirable for industries such as water and electrical or can be used in the making of highway or railway surfaces. Impact Crushers are mainly used in secondary crushing.

When the materials fall into the feeding mouth of the impact crusher, the roller will drove them to the togged plate at a very high speed. Large materials will be made into small ones. When the smaller pieces fall further down the roller, they will be crushed onto the togged plate once again. They will get smaller, and fall down at the bottom of the impact crusher.
